Course Fees
- We will fully refund the course fee if you cancel your course within 7 days after registration.
- If you cancel your course after 7 days but within 30 days after registration, we will refund 50% of the course fee.
- Unfortunately, if you cancel your course after 30 days of registration, we will not refund the course fee.
Softcopies of textbooks, posters, and study resources
Unfortunately, we will not refund on any softcopy resources you purchased from our online store.
Hardcopies of textbooks, posters, and study resources
- You should send the items back to us at your OWN cost along with a copy of the original invoice sent by us.
- The items should be in good condition in their original packaging.
- No courier or postal charges will be refunded.
- We will refund ONLY the purchase price of the items returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
